The Cost of either The Black Swan or The Black Amp is US$ 1,500.00
Payment – We accept PayPal or personal checks at this time. Shipment of orders paid for by check will not occur until the respective issuing bank has cleared and paid on the check.
Ordering – Please send us an email including your phone number and shipping address and we will subsequently contact you and work out the details
Shipping – The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Unless otherwise specified, Austin Audio Works recommends FEDEX for all product shipments directly to the Customer’s specified location. Tracking numbers are emailed to the customer upon shipment. Alternative shipping methods can be specified; pricing and delivery time estimates will be cleared with the Customer prior to billing and shipment. Our choice of FEDEX is recommended as our experiences with UPS and USPS suggest this the best overall shipping solution. Austin AudioWorks does not permit factory pickup. We do not insure the shipment - insurance is an additional charge.
The Shipping Time is how long it takes us to get the unit out the door of the AAW facility and is typically less than 48 hours from payment clearance. We will inform you of it at the time we process and clear your order.
NOTICE – Shipping time on either product is currently 4 Weeks
The Delivery Time – It typically takes 48 hours from acceptance of the order to our shipping it. In addition to that time is how long it takes the shipping vendors to complete its task. FEDEX offers Guaranteed Standard Shipping delivery within 5 working days but also offers both 2 and 3 day guaranteed delivery at a higher cost. All this will be covered in the order process.
Foreign Orders - Orders from outside the US are handled on an individual basis via email with the factory.
Technical problems with new Product - If you are having technical problems with a new AAW product please CONTACT us immediately before attempting to send the unit back. If Support cannot resolve the issue you will be given a Return Authorization Number for the return of the unit.
Refunds - Austin AudioWorks operates on a 2-week no questions asked return policy - that is up to two weeks after you receive the unit you may return it for a full refund regardless of the reason for the return under the following return policy with one exception.
Units with seals broken or physical damage - that is units that have been opened, or cosmetically damaged are not returnable.
If you decide to return the product for whatever reason you will need a Return Authorization number from us or we will refuse the shipment. You are responsible for the cost and quality of return shipping. We will inform you of the arrival of the product at the factory prior to inspection.
Once we receive an authorized returned item it will be evaluated for cosmetic and performance issues within 48 hours. Upon the completion of the evaluation we will email you an update. Successful evaluation of the product will generate a refund immediately (within 24 hours).
If there is an issue with either cosmetic or performance damage we will contact you and you will have the option of either to be charged the cost of bringing the product back up to new condition or having us send the unit back via Guaranteed Standard Shipping at our cost.
